I discuss your particular requirements at a meeting beforehand and give you the benefit of my considerable experience.
Recommend other service providers.
Present you with my leaflets of helpful hints.
Provide the host, bridegroom and bestman with printed guidelines for their speeches.
On the day, I arrive at the venue in time to check that everything is in order.
Ensure guests are welcomed and directed to the appropriate place.
Accept and take care of gifts and cards.
Welcome the bride and bridegroom on their arrival at the reception.

Assist the photographer to organise groups.
Liaise with the banqueting staff for correct timings and announce the wedding breakfast.
Organise the receiving line, if you want one.
Escort parents to the top table.
Announce the bride and bridegroom and escort them to the table.
Say Grace, if required.
During the meal, I prepare everything for the toasts.
When the speakers are composed and ready I announce them in turn.
Produce flowers and gifts at the right moment.
Announce and conduct the cutting of the cake.
Inform the guests of the next stage of the proceedings.
If appropriate, I will also organise the throwing of the bouquet and co-ordinate the first dance.
